What a great company, Martin over Ca Junk Master's made the whole experience worth while. They were on time, great communication, very professional. I had a really great experience with CA Junk Masters! I originally found them on Instagram and sent them a message asking about their services. They responded the same day, answered all my questions, and I was looking to scheduling a free estimate later that week. But very next day, they reached back out because they had a cancellation and offered to come sooner, which I really appreciated. Martin, the owner, and his helper Mike were both incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. I work from home and when they texted me they were here, I texted him that I was in the middle of a work call, I felt a little bad about that but he said no worries and waited for me to be done. In the meantime he set up cones around the truck. Before they started, Martin took the time to explain exactly how their pricing works. He showed me the different pricing tiers and even used a visual of the truck to explain how pricing is based on volume. Everything was transparent, that made me feel comfortable. They hauled away an old microwave, a mattress, two lamps, and the junk I had piled up along the side of my house. They worked quickly, but what really impressed me was that they didn’t just leave after loading everything up, they swept up the dirt, grass clippings, and small debris afterward, leaving the area cleaner than they found it.i was planning on doing that myself later, even had the broom ready. So that was really nice. Before they left, Martin made sure I was completely happy with everything and even asked if there was anything they had missed. That level of customer service really stood out to me. It’s hard to find that these days. If you’re looking for an honest, responsive, and hardworking junk removal company, I highly recommend CA Junk Masters. They’re a local small business that’s absolutely worth supporting, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I’m extremely happy that I called CA Junk Masters to remove my old couch. I called a couple of places to donate it but they were not interested or they couldn’t pick it up for a couple of weeks. I contacted another charity to pick it up but the charge was higher than I expected and the wait was longer than I wanted. CAJunk Masters was able to schedule a pick up the next day. I am reluctant to just throw things away so I asked what they did with the stuff they picked up bi was happy to learn that they have partnerships with local charities to provide serviceable items. The price was also comparable to the charity I contacted. I also appreciated the updates regarding pick up times. I highly recommend CA Junk Masters!

My interaction with CA Junk Masters was great. From the quick response to my inquiry to the friendly conversation on the phone. They arrived on time and within minutes they went to work removing my items I had set aside for pickup. The crew was fast and had it all picked up and loaded within 30 mins. Afterwords they took the time to sweep and pick up all the lil trash and even used a blower to clear the area. All in all I will be recommending CA Junk Masters to anyone who needs junk removal.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs junk removal. They were very communicative, on time and friendly. We had so much junk piled into our garbage can area we couldn’t even fit the receptacles in. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. They even gave us a teacher discount since I am an educator. I already sent their contact info to all my teacher friends. 10/10
